2024 HOA Annual Meeting
Please save the date for the Hickory Ridge HOA annual meeting, Thursday, February 15, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Beavercreek Community Library located at 3618 Dayton Xenia Rd. Food and drinks will be provided. NOTE: We need a minimum of 16 members, in good standing, to meet quorum, so please plan to attend or send a proxy form with another home owner. About our community.
Our community is close to Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Fairfield Commons mall, Wright State University, the Beavercreek Golf Club, parks, walking and bike trails, and much more. We are short drive to downtown Dayton and the Dayton International Airport. Below are some photos of our HOA owned properties.
